I will deliver a personalised programme to help you achieve your goals - whatever they may be - in the most time efficient way possible! Whether you're recovering from an injury or illness, preparing for surgery, are wanting to optimise your sporting performance, are pre or post-natal, or simply wanting to get stronger and feel better, I can bring the programme to you that will get you there.

I have over 15 years of experience at teaching across the entire spectrum of Pilates equipment, enabling me to use the smaller props that will mirror the benefits of working on the larger studio equipment.

If you happen to have a Reformer at home, sessions can be planned using your equipment.

If not, all we need is a Mat and the small props - balls, bands, foam roller, Magic Circle - which I can provide if needed.

Home Pilates 1:1 visits start at £75 an hour, dependent on location.
